Artisan’s Village
We are currently testing an electronic registration application; please let us know if you have any difficulties. We are happy to help you through the registration.
Artisan Vendors may not sell any food which would be consumed on-site.
Please Note: Vendor registration does not guaranttee acceptance into the festival; registrations will be rejected if vendors do not meet the category criteria or festival standards. Fees will be refunded, minus service charges.
If vendors arrive on the day of the festival with different products from those described, festival organizers will ask that those products be removed and/or request that the vendor leave the festival grounds. In this case, no fees will be refunded.
In addition to the submission of this web form vendors are asked to submit 3-5 images of their work or a link to a web site where photos can be viewed. Please send photos/link to pffartsandcrafts@gmail.com.
Artisans Village Vendor Categories:
Community Information Booth - Free
The Community Information Booth is meant for non-profit organizations, chsrities, and other important community groups. There is no fee for this booth. Information may be distributed, but nothing may be sold, nor may donations be solicited or accepted on site.
Artisan’s Booth - Early Bird $40, Regular Bird $60, Late Bird $75
The Artisan’s Booth is meant for one artist. Each item for sale at that booth must be made by that artist.
Small Business Booth - Early Bird $45, Regular Bird $60, Late Bird $80
The Small Business Booth is meant for the independent business with a social conscience. This may include goods or services that offer an ethical alternative for the greater community.
Artisan’s Village Vendor Deadlines:
June 14, 2011 – Early Bird
July 16, 2011 – Regular Deadline
August 20, 2011 – Late Deadline
If your application is received after July 1, 2011, we cannot guarantee your inclusion in the printed programme.
